Well & Truly Crunchy Smokey Paprika Sticks Review
When I was considering trying the Well & Truly Crunchy Smokey Paprika Sticks I saw a review that said they were ‘just like Nik Naks’, and I MISS NIK NAKS … so I brought them. And then I brought them again.

Smell, Taste & Texture
There’s no real smell to the Well & Truly Crunchy Smokey Paprika Sticks, none at all … well apart from oil.
The predominate taste is corn. Beginning, middle, and end. Unless you get a stick that’s covered there’s little to no flavour. In fact, I’d be curious to taste a plain one to see if there’s a difference. There’s the occasional hint of paprika, but not enough to taste in every bite, let alone a ‘smokey paprika’ taste. HOWEVER, I like them. If I stop comparing them to Nik Naks they’re okay – and lower in fat than a normal back of savoury snacks.
I am a fan of the crunchy texture – living up to the name, and how they’re all different with some smaller crunchy bits, and some giant puffed up sticks.
Would I buy them again? Yes … and I have. BUT they’re one of those foods that’s ‘almost’ good. I really really want them to be better than they are – I might try adding some paprika into the bag and shaking them up the next time I buy them because the bag saying they’re ‘big on flavour’ is absolute codswallop.
Do keep in mind they’re a may contain milk, soya, mustard! I don’t normally mess with ‘may contain milk or gluten’, but I’ve been bamboozoled buy all the new treats recently and I’ve been a bit lax with myself.
(Some of the pictures below are the 20g bag because the ones from the 100g were upsdie down!)
